Friesta needed a cashier app without a monthly subscription, so I built one with AI in the brand’s yellow and maroon. It shows how I use AI to solve a real problem for a client, not only to write captions.

About & experience
Four-plus years of posts, replies and community work.
I started by designing posts and answering customer messages for a retail shop in Las Piñas, and kept that page running for more than four years. Then I managed a gaming community across Discord, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Today I run Friesta’s Facebook and TikTok, where short, relatable videos do most of the work.
Along the way I trained in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and completed virtual assistant and social media management courses. I use AI tools to plan, draft and build, and I check every post before it goes out.

Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Discord. Most of my results so far come from Facebook Reels, TikTok videos and Discord communities.
Do you create the content, or only post it?
Both. I edit Reels and Shorts in CapCut, design graphics in Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva, write the captions, and then post and schedule them.
Can you set up and run a Discord server?
Yes. For DDTank Haven I designed the channel layout, set up reaction roles and a custom bot with MEE6, and organized events and giveaways.
How do you use AI in your work?
I use Claude, ChatGPT Codex, Gemini and Meta AI for planning, first drafts of captions and ideas, and building small tools such as Friesta POS. I review and edit everything myself before it is published.
